Small Business Training

Yolla Consulting designs, develops and delivers a range of business training and development programs and business workshops.  Our trainers are qualified, knowledgeable and passionate in their subject areas and strive to share their expertise and honest feedback with participants.  Our programs and workshops provide participants with practical, working level, implementable strategies and advice to grow their skills and business sustainability.

Our training programs are designed with the key components of workshops and intensive one-to-one coaching and support.  This combination builds the skills and knowledge of the participants and accelerates the application of that knowledge into strategies for businesses or organisations in a structured and supported way.

Yolla specialises in engaging with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander clients and culturally and linguistically diverse clients to build their skills and knowledge of business and business systems in Australia.
